Join us for yoga in the garden guided by Liz Wentworth. Liz's practice is informed by years of studying alignment-based flow, prenatal yoga, and functional movement but also by the inevitable changes and growth inherent in a life lived - ups and downs, birthing babies, injuries, and so on. Liz is a compassionate, honest, and gracious guide of both the body and spirit and we are thrilled to host this guided practice in the garden at Horta Culture. This is an all-levels class emphasizing breath-based movement. Refreshments provided. Please bring your own mat.
